More so than any of the other types of asana, inversions and arm balances require you to be seen by an instructor, given individual feedback, and to be in the same room with others while witnessing the poses in action. These poses challenge you to become your most present, available and bad-ass self. Therefore the opportunity for self-reflection, expansion and evolution will be ripe in this series!
