Teen Yoga

Yoga is a great way to balance hormonal changes and reduce stress. Yoga creates positive body image while giving young people the tools necessary for dealing with the pressures of just being young people. Homework, peer pressure, competitiveness are all part of a young person's life. Be better equiped to deal with this and at the same time gain strength, flexibilty to enhance sports, learn to breath better and learn how to relax.

Tuesdays 4:45-5:45pm 8 Week session starts Aril 5th and ends May 24th
Wednesdays 8 week sessions starts April 6th and end May 25th
