• Arm balances can be daunting for many practicing Yogis but fear not! Soo Yoon (RYT 500, ERYT 200) will skillfully guide you in the preparation, foundation building, and progression into some of these cool and attainable postures like Bakasana (Crane/crow), Flying Pigeon Pose, 8 Angle Pose, and more! An on-going yoga practice is recommended for participants to get the most out of this workshop. We will keep the class size small, so as to afford you all the personal attention required! 2 hour workshop
